Shely Medved brings a wealth of financial expertise to her role as Chief Financial Officer of the IAC. In her former role as CFO of an Israeli diamond company, Shely managed $30 million in sales and all of the financial planning for the company.

As CFO of the IAC, Shely is responsible for all the financial aspects of the operations and the current national expansion. She also manages all aspects of the Human Resources department - including recruiting, employee benefits and compliance. Shely joined the IAC in 2012 as Sifriyat Pijama B’America's Program Manager and has helped build the infrastructure that supports the national organization.

A graduate of Israel's prestigious Technion University (Israeli Institute of Technology), Shely holds a Bachelor Degree in Economics as well as an MBA from Tel Aviv University. Her private time is spent with her husband and two young sons, exploring national parks and beautiful beaches throughout the United States and making her limited time period in California meaningful and significant to the local Israeli-American community.
