With a degree in biology and a passion for innovation, in 1993 Yair took his mother's neighborhood skin care business global, creating and expanding skincare lines ranging from organic skincare to medical and beyond. Yair combined business acumen with innovative products to serve the diverse needs of his clients worldwide. Entrepreneurial and community-oriented at heart, Yair also invests in real estate and has guided other various start-ups to success. In 2010, he co-founded Hatikvah International Academy Charter School, the only Hebrew language charter school in New Jersey, and a top-performing charter school in the state. Living in New Jersey he misses the Israeli sun, but in his spare time, Yair loves to travel and play basketball. He lives in East Brunswick, NJ with his wife and four kids.
