Nitzy Cohen is a seasoned business woman, specializing in designing
and implementing enterprise development. She is the Founder and
CEO of World Market Bakery, a food manufacturer and distributor
of assorted kosher breads. “Nitzy’s Pita” is served on airlines and
the food she makes is served in schools and food franchises. Prior to
that, Nitzy founded International Basics LLC in CT, an agribusiness
project management firm. Nitzy raised three beautiful children
and likes to host both Israeli and American events with a purpose. She is a Cabinet
member in IAC Moatza and leads the Israeli Salon Talk series in Manhattan.
