Adi moved from Israel to the United States in February 2020 following her husband's work at a nonprofit organization. They are currently living in Wynnewood, PA.

Having worked in the non-profit sector in Israel for more than a decade, Adi filled different management positions while collaborating with municipalities and government offices in welfare programs that specialize in children and youth in need. Her Master's degree in Family Counseling under the Behavioral Sciences Department in Management Academic Studies, assisted her in achieving her goals working with families in the community.

In Israel, Adi volunteered as a community and cultural leader in her hometown and enjoyed bringing people together.
