Based in New York City, Arielle is the Founder and Managing Director of ALG Executive Search & Analytics. She specializes in three sectors of the market including: Insurance, Finance, and Technology. Prior to starting her company, she had over five years’ experience with Actuarial & Risk recruitment and staffing across the United States and Internationally. She has a successful track record delivering FSA, FRM, CFA, CPA, among other designations for her clients. Arielle has built a strong network of C-Suite contacts at global management and actuarial consulting firms, banks, insurance companies, and more recently at private equity firms and start-ups. She started her professional career as a Clinical Research Coordinator in Cardiology. Arielle graduated from New York University with honors and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Psychology with a minor in Economics.  In her spare time, she likes to travel, read, watch Jeopardy, play and follow sports, volunteer, and spend time with her friends and family.
