Born and raised in Israel, Iris relocated to Closter, NJ in 1999 with her husband and 2 boys. She has a background in managing online campaigns and social media for software companies. Before Iris started working for the IAC in 2016, she was a volunteer for the IAC for 2 years. In her current role, Iris is responsible for marketing the events and programs of the IAC and takes part in leading the Online Activism at the Act.IL Media Room.

Iris has an LLB degree from Tel Aviv University. She is a mother to Daniel, Tom, Tal, and Mia, and is married to Eran. In her spare time, she likes to ride horses, hike, and travel.
