*An artist booth is based on approval by the festival. Artist booths will be located at the marketplace area, and are partially subsidized by the festival.
Please note that art includes Jewelry, paintings, photography, sculptures, Judaica, specialty home items, gifts and décor.

Are for SINGLE product sellers such as popcorn, cotton candy, juice, corn, baked goods etc. Includes:

- (2) Parking pass
- (4) Vendor wrist bands
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ALL FOOD VENDORS:
Your booth WILL NOT INCLUDE power unless you purchased it in advance online. We will not be able to provide you power on the day of the festival. No exceptions.
Linens must be checked out and returned to the designated linen check in and out booth otherwise you will be charged for loss of linens a total of $40 per linen.
Ice order must be placed when purchasing your booth. We will not have ice for sale or delivery if the order was not placed with the booth order.
Food booth / single item food booth only vendors must email the following 3 documents to: [email protected].
Once we receive all the 3 documents listed below, we will assign your booth.
1. All food must be Glatt Kosher and a proof of certification must be submitted. No exceptions.
2. Health Permit Application - Download the file, fill out, sign and emailed back to us. Download link
3. A certificate of insurance must be provided with the following:
Name: Israeli-American Council (IAC) including their officers, agents and employees as additional insured.
The policy must be endorsed as follows:
o This policy shall be primary and not contributing with any other insurance in effect for additional insured.
o A waiver of subrogation in favor of the Israeli-American Council (IAC)

Once an agreement and deposit is processed, the entire sum of the fees are non-refundable.
