Tal Gozani is the inaugural Chief Program Officer at the IAC. She has been a leader in the (Jewish) non-profit world for the last two decades. Most recently, she served as Assistant Dean for Development and Alumni Affairs at the UCLA Fielding School of Public Health where she led the school’s overall fundraising strategy and designed an engagement program for thousands of alumni from around the globe. Previously, as Senior Vice President at the Jewish Federation of Greater Los Angeles, Tal reimagined Federation's relationship with young adults and developed a comprehensive new strategy of engagement and leadership development. Tal has also served as curator at the Skirball Cultural Center and Museum and as philanthropic advisor at the Righteous Persons Foundation where she focused on exhibitions and grantmaking related to Jewish identity development. Tal pursued her doctoral studies at UCLA, earning Candidate of Philosophy and Master of Arts degrees in Jewish History. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from UC Santa Cruz.
