Danit Erlich has a Ph.D. in Criminology from Bar Ilan University. Her doctorate and master dissertation focused on understanding social behaviors among pre-teens and teens. Prior to her relocation to the United States, she taught students in high school and college for 9 years. 

Currently she owns a business that focuses on individual and family wellness and she helps individuals and parents overcome personal, parental and cultural obstacles. She also teaches Youth and Adult Mental health first aid classes through several organizations to school staff, profit & non-profit employees and to the general community. 

She has 3 girls (8, 14,16 years old), who are connected to the Israeli and Jewish community through various programs in the Seattle area.
