Iris Lahav

Regional Manager, Silicon Valley

Iris was born and raised in Israel. She currently lives in the San Francisco Bay Area and is deeply involved in the vibrant Israeli/Jewish high-tech community.

Iris is successful at networking and building positive relationships. She is a passionate community leader with a can-do attitude and an ability to deliver desired outcomes.

Iris was the head of the Bay Area Israeli Scouts (Tzofim) for 5 years, and succeeded in successfully growing that branch to become the largest in the US. Through the Tzofim, she promoted many activities for youth and their families; helped establish a network for thousands of youth; and created a platform that enhanced their leadership skills.

Iris also possesses extensive financial and banking experience. Prior to the Tzofim, Iris was a business development manager at Bank Leumi USA, Palo Alto. Prior to that, Iris spent almost 20 years at Bank Leumi Israel as the head of the investment and financial services department, working with high-tech companies in the Sharon area.

Iris served in the IDF as a lieutenant and was responsible for managing large reserve units.

When she isn’t searching for new community challenges, Iris spends her time with her family hiking and skiing.
