Adi Hayun Perez was born and raised in the southern Israel. She and her family moved to San Francisco in 2018.  Adi comes to IAC with over 10 years of experience as a senior executive for organizational leadership, in both the non-profit and for-profit worlds. 

She holds a Master’s degree in Art Therapy and Sociology and focused a great deal of her work on aiding at-risk youth. Adi was the COO of Ofanim and helped to guide the organization’s mission of bringing education to underserved communities and children through the remote classroom.

As a trained therapist, Adi is passionate about making a positive impact and increasing people’s sense of wellbeing. As an operations manager and entrepreneur, she strongly believes in building and nurturing communities and organizational cultures.  Adi consistently chased her passion for connecting people and driving them to reach their own true potential and success.
