Thank you for your interest in joining the IAC Eitanim leadership and entrepreneurship program!

Background

A growing community of tomorrow's game changers!
IAC Eitanim was launched in 2016 in six locations using a new educational model that squarely placed Jewish and Israeli-American teens in the “driver’s seat” of their own Jewish learning experience, while engaging seasoned entrepreneurs from the Israeli-American community as their mentors.
The program expands students’ creativity, self-learning abilities, team-work skills, and connection to Israel through real world challenges, while working with experts on creative ideas and innovative solutions and technologies.
Over the years, the program has grown from 6 groups to 40 groups, touching the lives of over 1500 students nationwide.

Program Overview

IAC Eitanim is a one-of-a-kind program that is bridging the relationship gap between Jewish and Israeli-American teens.
IAC Eitanim is a year-long program for middle and high school aged teens that brings these two separate populations together in an intensive and innovative 10-month project-based learning and leadership training program enabling them to grow and develop their leadership skills and become more connected to one another, Israel and their Jewish heritage.

Approximately 20 teens - 50% male and 50% female, as well as Israeli-American and non-Israeli Jewish-American participate in each IAC Eitanim group. The teens work as companies of both Israeli Americans and Jewish Americans who are paired with a community professional who acts as their mentor throughout the program.
These Israeli American mentors are leaders in their industries, further connecting these teens with the innovation and entrepreneurship of Israel as a “start-up nation".
Each company investigates and responds to an authentic, engaging, and complex question, problem, or challenge related to “real-world” issues impacting either the broader Jewish or general community, developing implementable solutions to tackle these Jewish world concerns.
