Noy Nehardea

Regional Manager, San Diego

Noy Nehardea is a highly skilled leader with a passion for connecting people and creating strong communities. Born and raised in Israel, Noy has always had a passion for community building, dating back to her teenage years. 

 

After moving to Silicon Valley in 2016 to become a Tzofim fellow, Noy led a chapter of 450 scouts members and significantly contributed to the community's growth and development. She then moved to San Diego in 2018 with her husband, Leeor, and continued her work in the Israeli-American communities as a Garin Tzabar Regional Manager and Mishelanu Program Manager. Her unique background and experience have enabled her to develop and execute successful programs that drive community growth and engagement.

Noy holds a BA in Education and Management from the Open University of Israel and is dedicated to positively impacting people's lives and creating a better world around her. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, sports, and board games. Her adventurous spirit and thirst for new experiences drive her to constantly seek new challenges and opportunities for personal and professional growth.
