Shmuel Yankelewitz is partner/owner and Chief Operating Officer at LCR Embedded Systems, a Norristown based company which designs, develops and manufacture Rugged Chassis, Backplanes and Integrated systems for the defense and environmentally extreme markets, He obtained his MS in Electrical Engineering and MBA from Drexel University. A member of IEEE, he is experienced in strategic planning, organizational structure, operations and material management, manufacturing, engineering, and production and LEAN manufacturing.

Shmuel moved from Israel to the United States in 1975, is married to Ariela and has 7 children, they reside in Penn Valley, Pennsylvania
