In 1996, Reut and her husband moved to Melbourne Australia, where Reut worked in various positions in the private sector (Hewlett-Packard) as well as the non for profit sector (National Institute of Clinical Studies). In early 2007 Reut and her family moved to Singapore and in late 2008 the family moved to Philadelphia USA. In Philly, Reut developed a career as a Real Estate Agent, specializing in both investments as well as being the point of call for Israeli families relocating to the area.

Recognizing the existence of a gap in the community, Reut founded in 2010 (together with the Israeli House representative and other community members) the Philadelphia chapter of the Friends of Israeli Scouts. She was the chapter chair for the first two years.
Reut continues to be a resource for the community and is involved in many community projects such as the “Women Wisdom Circle”.

Together with her husband they have three children, two sons and one daughter. The eldest son is currently serving in the IDF as a lone soldier.
