Amit Kern was born and raised in Tel Aviv. She completed 12 years of education in ironi alef for arts. During that period she was an instructor and staff instructor in tel aviv scouts shevet. After graduating, Amit joined the IDF and serve in the education unit.

Right after finishing 3.5years of serving Amit started new job as a kindergarten teacher in an international kindergarten.

Amit is the Eitanim program manager and Merakezet (a coordinator) Shevet Paamon (Israeli scouts) activity in Philadelphia. Amit loves to work in the field of guidance and exploring, believing that cooperation and connections among people are the bricks for changes and improvement.
