Shai Shermister is an expert in Intellectual Property. He have been working for the last 11 years as a senior member of the SAP AMERICA Global IP group, responsible for patent prosecution of a very large IP portfolio, covering multiple areas related Enterprise Software working with globally located R&D groups.

Before working for SAP, Shai worked for NICE Systems in Israel as the company’s Director of Global Intellectual Property for five years building the company IP Portfolio from scratch.

Before dealing with Intellectual Property Shai worked for several companies in Israel dealing with multidiscipline real-time systems as a senior software programmer, head of system engineering and as an R&D group’s manager.
