A trusted advisor to families, Ronen Schwartzman, the Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Ten Capital Advisors, has over 15 years of investment and capital markets experience. Prior to founding Ten Capital Advisors, he served as the Investment Manager of Yellow Brick Capital, a multi-family office focused on alternative investments, which he led to a highly profitable year in 2008 - the worst year in the history of hedge fund industry. Prior to that Ronen worked for 4 years at Bear Stearns in New York where he managed equity and fixed income portfolios for individuals and corporations. He also advised institutional investors on capital markets investments.
Ronen started his career as an equity analyst with Oppenheimer in Tel Aviv where he covered small cap technology stocks. A former Special Operations Intelligence Officer in the Israeli Air Force, Ronen is fluent in Spanish and Hebrew and holds an MBA from The Wharton School - University of Pennsylvania. A published author and a frequent speaker in many conferences Ronen is considered one of the thought leaders in the hedge fund and family office industries. Among his philanthropy activities Ronen is a board member of the Jewish Communication Relations Council in NY and a member of the Young Wall Street Executive Committee at the UJA. He resides in New York City with his wife and two kids.
