Mr. Rosenthal is currently employed as Vice President at The Carlton Group, one of the world’s leading real estate investment banks with over $135B of deals closed including equity joint ventures and high leverage, multi-tranche capital solutions. Mr. Rosenthal is actively involved in arranging large amounts of construction and development financing for condominiums and other transitional assets in New York and across the country.

Prior to joining Carlton, Lavy worked at B+B Capital, a full-service real estate investment company that owned, developed, and managed residential and mixed-use properties throughout New York City. While at B+B Lavy spearheaded the acquisition of over $500MM worth of real estate in the New York City market, with a distinct focus on ground up condominium projects, retail, and for rent product. Closed transactions – 251 W 14st, a 24,000 SF condo project in Manhattan; 200 South 3rd Street, a 50,000 SF condo project in Williamsburg, BK; 39 E 72nd St, The Vanderbilt Mansion; 377 Broadway, 15,000 SF of retail space in Tribeca NYC. Lavy holds a B.A. in Finance with a concentration in Financial Engineering from Binghamton University. On his free time he enjoys competing in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu tournaments, travelling, and reading.
