Taly was born and raised in Sao Paulo, Brazil, growing up in a very warm home with strong Jewish values.
As a child, Taly attended Jewish schools and was active in the Zionist Youth Movement (Hanoar Hatzioni) in Brazil.
Her family made Aliyah while she was in High School. Following her army service and graduation from Bar Ilan University, she entered a career in marketing and sales for different software companies. Currently, Taly represents an Israeli company in the textile field in the USA.
Taly has been active in the Israeli American community for the past nine years since she moved to the United States with her family. Her children all attend Jewish schools as she finds it extremely important to instill a strong sense of Jewish values and Israeli identity in them.
Taly is an active member on different committees related to the community: the Israeli Scouts, the Solomon Schechter Day School in New Milford, Chabad of Tenafly – where she also initiated the “Chessed Committee”.
Taly and her husband Eyal, with their four children, live in Closter, New Jersey.
