Dorit Cohen has 20+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, market research, concept-product development and marketing. She was recently a partner and COO at DRolls Associates (Leads2Deal), a business development firm providing marketing support and inside sales to hi-tech and medical startups (many from Israel) as well as a variety of smaller local US firms. 

Before joining DRolls Dorit was a Vice President of Research at MJI, White Plains NY where she advised fortune 500 clients on their product attributes, messaging and packaging. Prior to that Ms. Cohen served as a New Products Development Manager spearheading the development & marketing of an advanced market research tool, spanning 22 countries. She also was a Business Analyst at IBM EMEA.

Ms. Cohen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Business administration from the University of Haifa, Israel and an MSc/MBA from the Technion, Haifa.

In the Israeli Defense Forces, she served as an artillery instructor, receiving the president's award for outstanding soldiers. Dorit has 4 kids including two lone soldiers – one currently serving as an IDF Paratrooper (Sayeret).
