Oded Vakrat was born in Israel and served in the Israeli Navy as a Naval Academy officer, commander of battle ships and platoon of ships for 7 years. He was also the commander of the Snapir unit and in 2013 received a Personal Excellence Award from the IDF Chief of Staff. 

Since leaving the IDF, Oded gained extensive experience in product, team building and consumer space.
