Adva is a commercial pilot and Certified Flight Instructor conducting flight training for beginning through advanced ratings currently located at Washington international Flight Academy. Now serving as an active member of The Professional Pilot Leadership Initiative (PPLI) of the 99s organization for women pilots and a she is a Flight Instructor in MD.

As a volunteer in the IAC, Adva founded a theater group and served as the producer and the marketing director of the group. 

Adva started her way in marketing, working for Teenk - youth company that connecting brands with teens, include the execution of the marketing strategy, branding, creative, copy-writing and more.

As part of her marketing way, Adva was the Public Relation Representative at Club Med Val D’isere in France.

Adva served in the IDF as a Civil coordination Lieutenant officer between the Israeli Government and the Palestinian Authority. She Managed major events with political and security significance.
