Shirley was born and raised in Jerusalem Israel. As a teenager, she was a Counselor in the Israeli Scouts and after graduating high school she served in the Israeli Air-Force. After finishing her service in the IDF and travelling in Central America, Shirley decided to make her dream come true and move to New York City. There, she accomplished her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Shirley has spent the last few years working in Real Estate and in her new role as the IAC Educational Program Manager she is excited to fulfil her true passion of working with youth.
