Tomer Maron

Regional Director of Remote Communities

Tomer Maron was born in Givatim and grew up in Shoham, Israel. After his service in the IDF as a Paratrooper, he attended Hebrew University of Jerusalem, where he received his B.A. in Political Science and International Relations. He put his academic skills into practice over the course of his professional career as the Israel Fellow in Austin Texas at the UT Hillel, in Tel Aviv at Israel Experience/MASA and in New York City as the East Coast Regional Coordinator for the Israel Fellows program of the Jewish Agency and Hillel International.

As the Regional Director of Remote Communities at the IAC Tomer focuses on helping those communities to strengthen their bond with Israel and other communities, to help them build meaningful relationship among themselves and the key players around them and to help them grow in numbers of active members and successful programs and events.
