Erez Goldman is the Regional Director of the Israeli-American Council (IAC) Los Angeles. Born in Philadelphia to Israeli-American parents, Erez grew up between both countries and formally made Aliyah to serve as a lone soldier in the Paratrooper unit (Tzanchanim) of the IDF. Erez received his Bachelors of Science from the Technion in Civil Engineering.
His activism got an early start when Erez became the Student Body Spokesperson and then President of the Technion Student Body. When he graduated the world of high-tech beckoned and Erez spent the next few years as Vice President Marketing & Business Development for a start-up combining robotics and biotechnology. After the company went public, Erez helped found an organization dedicated to improving Israel’s image in the media during the second Intifada. He later joined the Prime Minister’s office as Chief Advisor to the Minister of Strategic Affairs. Erez returned to Los Angeles 9 years ago to run a 25 year old family business.
