Gilly is a partner in several businesses in the Maryland area. He was born and raised in Jerusalem, Israel. He worked at the Embassy of Israel from 1990-93 while attending the University of Maryland. Gilly graduated in 1993 with a degree in business. He serves on several boards - JCCGW, Capital Camps, Operation Embrace and is proud to serve as the first Co-Chair of the IAC Washington, DC.

Gilly and his wife Renee currently live in Potomac with their two children, Ben and Maya.
