Sharon has over 12 years experience working for the public sector. She began her career at the Defense Ministry working for the procurement Mission to the U.S. From there she moved to the Foreign Ministry working for the public diplomacy department and subsequently volunteered her time towards organizations in New York. On returning to Israel, she took the role of the marketing director at the OR Movement, an Israeli NGO focused on developing communities and infrastructure in Negev and Galilee regions.

Since summer 2011, Sharon has represented the Ministry of Aliyah and Immigrant Absorption as Director of Israeli House in the UK. Over the past two years she has extended the activities of Israeli House across Europe. Currently she is completing her Masters (MA) in  Marketing and Innovation at The London School of Marketing.
