Monika Lev-Cohen is the CEO of ScienceAbroad a global community of Israeli researchers with over 2500 members. ScienceAbroad operates 23 centers worldwide, bolsters the Israeli identity of scientists living overseas and helps to facilitate the return of great minds to Israel.
Before joining ScienceAbroad, Monika was the head of the Jewish Agency Israelis Abroad program where she established and managed a network of Israeli leaders living outside Israel. Monika led a taskforce comprising prominent representatives of Israeli leadership abroad, public figures and government officials, while producing conferences for Israeli leaders in Australia, North America and Israel. Her prior positions include Jewish Agency Aliyah Emissary in Washington DC, Director of Academic Affairs at the Israeli Embassy in Washington DC.
