Lila Mowatt is the Israeli-American Council (IAC) Regional Director of Outreach and Strategy, where she oversees all aspects of linking the IAC to West Coast communities through development, fundraising, and relationship building.  Prior to the IAC, Lila was the AJC Seattle Regional Director and held positions with AIPAC in both Seattle and Houston as Leadership Management Director.  Lila earned her M.A in History from the University of Haifa and her B.A. from New York University in Political Science and Middle Eastern studies. Lila and her husband Kyle live in Auburn, Washington. They have two children and a pit bull mix named Pablo.
