Dr. Shula Recanati is the Managing Partner and Head of Organizational Development at GlenRock Israel. Established in 2003, GlenRock focuses on venture capital investments relating to life sciences and advanced technology. With over 20 years of experience as an organizational development expert, specializing in high-techand startup companies, Shula is a member of the boards of Rainbow Medical, Kampalook and Lifebond. 

Shula is the Chairperson of Educating for Excellence(E4E), an Israeli NGO, whose mission is to strengthen Israeli society by reducing socio-economic gaps, promoting social mobility, and creating equal opportunity for children with potential for excellence coming from disadvantaged background. Shula holds a PhD in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Tel Aviv University (Magna Cum Laude), and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Education from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem (Cum Laude). She is a Trustee at the Academic College of Tel-Aviv Yaffo and a former member of The Board of directors of Taub Center for Social Policy Studies in Israel.
