Dillon L. Hosier serves as the National Director of State Government Affairs for the Israeli-American Council. In this role he works to represent the interests of Israeli-Americans across the country at the state and local level. Previously, he served for the past decade as the Political Officer and the Director of Digital Diplomacy at the Consulate General of Israel in Los Angeles. As Political Officer he was the primary liaison between government officials in the United States and the State of Israel. In this role, Dillon facilitated discussion and negotiation of key issues of mutual interest; particularly in the areas of homeland security, the economy, and the environment. As the Director of Digital Diplomacy, he conceived, developed, and launched the new media strategy for the Los Angeles consulate. Dillon completed his undergraduate and graduate education at California State University, Northridge studying Political Science with special emphasis in international relations theory and international security policy.
