Senior Director Department of Aliyah Promotion and Returning Citizens Military service in the field of human resource management and strategic planning until retirement at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.

Today she serves as a member of the General Staff in the IDF Reserves. Since January 2018, she has managed the Division for Encouraging Aliyah and Returning Residents in the Ministry of Aliyah and Integration.

This division is responsible for encouraging Aliyah, vis-a-vis working with national institutions, supporting new immigrants through the initial absorption processes in Israel. The division also encourages Israelis returning home.

She holds a BA in Economics and Political Science from Bar-Ilan University and an MBA from Ben Gurion University. Married to Elhanan, mother of four lives in Givat Shmuel.
