IAC Gvanim Ramon
Gvanim Ramon is a community of Israeli and Jewish-American women leaders. In its core, a yearlong program that develops their leadership skills as they become community builders. The program features an Israel experience delegation, with a special focus on creating a deeper connection with their Jewish identity, impacting their family and community.
The Israeli experience delegation is in partnership with MOMentum, which empowers women to connect to Jewish values, engage with Israel, take action, and foster unity, without uniformity.

The Program and its Goals
Our program’s goal is the development and empowerment of women-leadership.
The program’s four pivotal objectives are:
- Creating women’s leadership influential roles within the community
- Strengthening of the Jewish identity and the connection to Israel
- Exploring the various Israeli and Jewish identities with in our community, and injecting them into our community and family lives
- Building a bridge between the Israeli and Jewish-American communities
Who is the Program For?
Jewish-American women, and Israeli women who reside in the US for several years and who:
- Wish to become active in, and contribute to, their immediate community
- Have the time and means to take part in the program’s full curriculum, including an eight-day trip to Israel
- Are open-minded to different, and even opposing, opinions and world-views
What’s on the Program
The yearly program includes eight two-hour sessions,
and an eight-day trip to Israel.
Three of the eight sessions will take place prior to the trip,
and the remaining five following it.

גוונים רמון הינה תכנית מנהיגות לנשים ישראליות ויהודיות-אמריקאיות. זו תכנית שנתית שמפתחת ומעצימה כישורי מנהיגות של נשים בדרכן להיות מובילות קהילתיות. כחלק מהתכנית נערך מסע לישראל, תוך התמקדות ביצירת חיבור עמוק יותר לזהות היהודית, תוך השפעה על משפחותיהן והקהילה.

התכנית ויעדיה
מטרת התכנית היא פיתוח והעצמה של מנהיגותן של נשים, המביאה אל הקהילה - יכולות וקול ייחודי המייצרים השפעה על השיח, הערכים, השפה והעשייה הקהילתית.
יעדים מרכזיים
- יצירת מנהיגות נשית מובילה ובעלת השפעה בתוך הקהילות.
- חיזוק הקשר לישראל ולזהות היהודית.
- חשיפה ולמידה של מגוון הזהויות היהודיות והישראליות בקבוצה והבאתן אל תוך הווית החיים, השיחה והפעילות המשפחתית והקהילתית
- יצירת גשר וחיבור בין הקהילה הישראלית ליהודית אמריקאית.
- צירי תוכן מרכזיים של התכנית הינם: מנהיגותן של נשים, זהויות יהודיות וישראליות ו IMPACT אישי, משפחתי וקהילתי.
למי מיועדת התוכנית?
- נשים יהודיות אמריקאיות וישראליות, המתגוררות בארצות הברית, מספר שנים.
- לנשים אשר מביעות רצון ומחויבות להיות פעילות, תורמות ומובילות בקהילה המקומית
- לנשים אשר מסוגלות להתחייב להשתתפות מלאה בתכנית על כל מרכיביה (כולל מסע בן שמונה ימים לישראל) ומסוגלות לעמוד בעליות המסע
- לנשים בעלות יכולת הכלה וקבלה של דעות, קולות ועמדות שונות
מהלך התוכנית
התכנית השנתית כוללת פעילות קהילתית, שמונה מפגשים בני כשעתיים כל אחד ומסע בן שמונה ימים לישראל, כאשר החלוקה היא כדלקמן:
- שלושה מפגשים מקדימים למסע לישראל
- מסע לישראל בן שמונה ימים
- חמישה מפגשים נוספים (כאשר האחרון הוא חצי יום סיור בקהילה המקומית)
- פעילות בקהילה לאורך השנה
