IAC Gvanim Leadership in Plantation
A leadership program exploring the Israeli-American and Jewish identities that help participants address the challenges of the next generation through an in-depth learning process.
The course of the program
We will have 10 meetings every two weeks between October 29 and March 31, 6:30 pm - 9:30 pm, and a seminar (full day) on Sunday.
Participants and graduates will be presented with opportunities to participate in additional enrichment activities of their choice.
The meetings will be held at the Temple Kol Ami Emanu-El.

The Processes include workshops for managers and teams (leadership and management skills, communication, motivation etc.) one on one sessions and general consultations.
I bring substantial experience and a deep understanding of organizational change management within enterprises and teams, Leadership and Management Development processes, groups facilitation and coaching for managers. proven track record of improved management and organization's performances and results.
