Are for SINGLE product sellers such as popcorn, cotton candy, juice, corn, baked goods etc. Includes:

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ALL FOOD VENDORS

The Sands Expo and Convention Center - Terms and Conditions for 3rd party Kosher Caterers:

The Venetian hotel allowing the IAC to permit a 3rd party to sell any F&B in the following conditions:

  1. For any F&B sold at the festival, the Venetian will provide a cashier who will sale food tickets.
  2. Any prices will be set up in advance by the IAC.
  3. On every sell the venetian will keep 20% of the revenue. The venetian will deduct all applicable taxes.
  4. The Venetian will credit the IAC 80% of Net revenues (minus taxes) and the IAC will issue a payment to the vendor within 30 days of the event.
  5. Vendor is responsible to be sufficient with food transportation and SNHD code.
  6. Vendor is responsible to provide all their own compostable and serving equipment.
  7. Vendors can sell soda and water. No alcohol sales are permitted.
