IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ALL FOOD VENDORS
The Sands Expo and Convention Center - Terms and Conditions for 3rd party Kosher Caterers:
The Venetian hotel allowing the IAC to permit a 3rd party to sell any F&B in the following conditions:
- For any F&B sold at the festival, the Venetian will provide a cashier who will sale food tickets.
- Any prices will be set up in advance by the IAC.
- On every sell the venetian will keep 20% of the revenue. The venetian will deduct all applicable taxes.
- The Venetian will credit the IAC 80% of Net revenues (minus taxes) and the IAC will issue a payment to the vendor within 30 days of the event.
- Vendor is responsible to be sufficient with food transportation and SNHD code.
- Vendor is responsible to provide all their own compostable and serving equipment.
- Vendors can sell soda and water. No alcohol sales are permitted.
