About The Event
We are pleased to invite you to a breakfast and conversation with Nadav Tamir, Director of International Affairs at the Peres Center for Peace, on Wednesday, November 14. Nadav is a former Consul General of Israel to New England and was one of Shimon Peres’s closest advisors during his presidency and for the last two years of his life.
Nadav will speak about the work of the Peres Center and President Peres’s vision of advancing peace through diplomacy and grassroots efforts. Founded in 1996 by the late President Shimon Peres, the Peres Center focuses on developing and implementing cutting-edge peacebuilding programs in innovation, peace education, medicine, business, and environment, engaging tens of thousands of Arab and Jewish, Israeli and Palestinian children and adults.
CJP’s Strategic Israel Engagement and JCRC Boston recently launched Boston Partners for Peace to promote organizations working to create the conditions necessary for peace to take root between Israelis and Palestinians.
Kosher dietary laws will be observed.
Please RSVP to Rachel Goldberg at [email protected] by Friday, November 9.
