Debbie Sasson

Eitanim Atlanta Program Manager

Passionate about Jewish education, Israel studies and history, Debbie is an award-winning teacher and was named PBS teacher innovator of the year in 2013. Working with middle and high school students in the classroom for over 10 years, she had taught in public school in Chappaqua, New York and at the Epstein School in Sandy Springs, Georgia. Debbie spends summers working at Camp Ramah Darom where she trains staff, works closely with campers and enjoys experiencing nature in the North Georgia mountains. 
Debbie was born in New York and now lives in Atlanta with her husband, Meir, and three children.
